Every Sunday at 8pm I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation. One of the most powerful practices for meditation and self healing where absolutely no effort is required.
One to One
I am a qualified yoga teacher, specialising in trauma informed yoga and meditation guidance. I offer 1-1 and corporate sessions tailored specifically around individual needs.
